CVC Brasil Operadora e Agência de Viagens (CVC) has sold BRL200m ($54m) in local currency debentures just a couple of months after it agreed to buy a stake in a local tour operator.
The tourism services provider placed the March 2022 bonds at a rate of 108% of the CDI. Banco do Brasil Investimentos was the lead underwriter on the transaction.
Pinheiro Neto was legal advisor to the Brazilian investment bank, the law firm said in an emailed statement.
