Mexico raised $2bn in fresh 2028 debt and added $600m to its 4.6% 2048 bond to fund a liability management exercise. Bank of America Merrill Lynch, BBVA and JPMorgan opened price talk on the 10-year note at 160bp over US Treasuries, while the 2048 tap started at 205bp over Treasuries, DCM sources said.
