Global Bank has mandated Citi, Mizuho and JPMorgan to lead a three-year $135.5m refinancing in the syndicated loan market. The trio will take the Panamanian bank on the road over the coming weeks and aim to sign the transaction by late February or early March, two sources confirmed.
Spreads were placed at 175bp over Libor and proceeds will refinance a facility from June 2016. Sources could not disclose commitment fees or tier levels.
