Peru's Enfoca has raised $956.3m for a new fund from five investors, the private equity firm said in a statement.
Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) led the deal with a $380m capital commitment, while Goldman Sachs Asset Management's Vintage Funds also participated in the fundraising. Peru's three-largest pension funds - Integra, Prima and Profuturo - rounded out the capital raising.
Proceeds will give investors exposure to seven portfolio companies held by three Enfoca-managed funds.
