Corporacion America has advanced its plans to IPO on the NYSE, outlining some terms of the offering, the latest SEC documents showed.
The Argentine airport operator will issue 11.9m new shares and parent company ACI Airports will sell 16.67m in secondary stock, the prospectus showed. The total primary and secondary offering could swell to 32.86m shares if underwriters exercise an overallotment option.
