JBS said it has agreed to sell Latin American businesses outside Brazil to subsidiaries of rival meatpacker Minerva for $300m.Pul Argentina will take over JBS' beef operations in Argentina, while Frigomerc will acquire Industria Paraguaya Frigorifica (IPF) in Paraguay and Pulsa will buy Frigorificao Canelones in Uruguay, Minerva said in a statement.The acquisition will increase Minerva's slaughter capacity by 52% to 26,380 heads per day, as the company also becomes the largest beef producer in P
