The IIC said it has arranged $500m in funding for the state-owned lender Banco do Brasil to increase financing for small agribusinesses in Brazil.
The financing package has a five-year $100m A loan from the IIC and a two-year $400m B loan from five banks – HSBC, Mizuho, National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), Santander, Standard Chartered and Wells Fargo.
