Digicel has inked a $1.35bn three-tranche syndicated loan, reeling in commitments from 10 banks. The Jamaican telecom got a seven-year $955m syndicated facility at 375bp over Libor, which is understood to have tightened from 400bp, two loans sources said. Citi and JPMorgan were bookrunners, while Barclays, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank joined at mandated lead arranger level.
