The IDB has approved a $200m loan to Argentina's central government to fund the Cristo Redentor Border Crossing project, the multilateral said in a statement.
Funds will go towards the construction of new bypass roads in urban areas and safety-related works. Once complete, the project works should reduce travel times and transportation costs.
