CFE has started talks for a rare Fibra-E packaged IPO in Mexico, picking six banks to coordinate the equity offering, sources have said.
According to a prospectus seen on Mexico's BMV, the Mexican utility named Evercore as lead coordinator on the IPO. But ECM bankers have said Goldman Sachs is jointly leading the deal with the local broker. Barclays, BBVA Bancomer, Morgan Stanley and Santander have also been named joint bookrunners.
