The leftist front-runner for Mexico's presidential elections has named his possible cabinet if he wins next year, including an economist who earned a PhD from the University of Wisconsin. Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, often known as AMLO, has picked Carlos Manuel Urzua as finance minister. Urzua served as finance minister for Mexico City from 2000 to 2003, when AMLO was mayor.
