Colombia's ISA has won two power transmission projects from Peru's ProInversion, according to separate statements from the power company and Peru's private investment agency.
ISA's bid came in 50% below the maximum value allowed. The offer comprised $272.04m in total investment costs and annual operation and maintenance costs of $6.83m.
