Portugal's Mota-Engil said it has agreed to sell 85% of its two road PPPs in Aruba to a fund managed by InfraRed Capital Partners for an undisclosed amount.An InfraRed spokesperson declined to say how much the investment management firm agreed to spend for the assets or how it would pay for the deal.
