Consorcio Energetico Punta Cana Macao (CEPM) has completed two trades in the Dominican Republic’s bond market, LatinFinance understands. The utility called outstanding bonds issued in 2010 and 2013 and issued investors with $25m in 10-year notes at a fixed interest rate of 5.15%. CEPM issued another $75m in 2026 notes in exchange for older bonds at an annual fixed rate of 6.25%. Both trades priced at par.
