The International Finance Corporation (IFC) said it is arranging $269m in financing to increase loans to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Argentina, Chile and Ecuador.IFC said it will arrange a $130m loan to Banco Galicia to increase long-term credit for SMEs and develop a new program to finance sustainable energy projects in Argentina. The financing consists of a five-year tranche to fund SME loans, mostly in the agribusiness sector, and a seven-year tranche for energy investments,
