Spain's Abertis Infraestructura and Canada's Brookfield Asset Management have acquired an additional 15.2% stake in Brazilian toll road operator Arteris and increased their share to 84.5%.Participes en Brasil, a joint venture between Abertis and Brookfield, spent BRL527m ($150m) to buy 52.4m ordinary shares in Arteris for BRL10.06 apiece, Arteris said in a statement. HSBC and Rothschild coordinated the offer.Participes last month increased its offer to BRL10.15 per share, up from BRL9.
