Ecuador may turn to the cross-border bond markets to help the country finance reconstruction efforts after it experienced an earthquake last weekend, President Rafael Correa said yesterday. Ecuador last weekend experienced a 7.8 magnitude earthquake off the island of Muisne along the country’s north-west coast.
