Lender increases the facility to $260m after 11 banks join the syndicate

CorpBanca Colombia has signed a two-year $260m syndicated loan with commitments from 11 banks. The bookrunners Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citi and Mizuho committed $30m each, while HSBC and Standard Chartered lent $30m apiece as mandated lead arrangers, according to three loans sources. Banchile and the Bank of China committed $20m each as arrangers, the sources said. BBVA, BNP Paribas, Spain’s Bankinter, Chilean lender BCI, Commerzbank, Austrian lender Oberbank and Indonesia’s Bank Mandiri
