BAC Panama upsizes syndicated loan

BAC Panama has signed commitments on a three-year syndicated loan and upsized the facility to $96m from $75m. After global bookrunners Standard Chartered and Wells Fargo led a series of meetings in China and Taiwan, a number of Asian banks joined the loan. The bookrunners each committed $15m, while Taiwan Commercial Bank joined as a mandated lead arranger (MLA) with $15m, said a loans source familiar with the trade.
