Banco de Bogota has raised COP1.5trn ($725m) through a preferential follow-on offering, LatinFinance heard. The Colombian bank sold 23.8m ordinary shares to existing shareholders at COP63,000 each, a source said. The shares fell 0.79% on Monday to close at COP63,000. The stock has fallen 5.54% since November 11, the day before the offer was made public. Banco de Bogota was the structuring agent and bookrunner. Casa de Bolsa was also bookrunner.
