2. Where can I find my customer number?
Your subscription number appears on the address label of your print copy. It can also be found on your invoices and renewal notices

3. How do I change the delivery address of my print subscription?
We require all address changes, including individual names and email address to be submitted in writing. This can be via email, fax or by post:

4. I am missing a copy of the magazine, how do I claim?
Please note, our period to claim a missing issue is within the last 3 cover dates, this is to ensure we have the issues in stock and also so we can look into the distribution. Please contact customer service (see above) and include your name, company name and address to allow us to quickly retrieve your subscription details. Also tell us which issue you are missing.

6. Can I access my online subscription from more than one computer?
Yes, as long as you know your username and password, you can access the site from any computer. If you need a password reminder, you can request one from the website directly or email your name, company name and address to subscriptions@latinfinance.com for assistance.

8. What is included in my subscription?
A subscription to LatinFinance provides exclusive, actionable daily news updates as well as 6 print issues of the magazine per year, mailed directly to you. Besides frequently updated online deal pipelines, it also secures access to a 20-year archive with exclusive interviews, analytical features, awards, rankings, country-focused investment reports and corporate profiles. $2,499 per year which includes 6 issues, full online access and the Daily Brief news email.

10. How can I pay for my subscription?
You may pay for your subscription online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or by requesting an invoice be sent to your company. The invoice will state payment options, including details of cheque and bank transfers. Call +1 212-224-3455 or email subscriptions@latinfinance.com for more information.

12. When will my subscription start and finish?
You can choose to subscribe for as many years as you want and you are eligible for a discount for multiple year subscriptions. It will begin on the date we process your order. If you need more information please contact customer service (details above).

13. How do I confirm my expiry date?
This can be found on your receipt, which will state the period of your subscription. You will have received a written receipt by post after your payment has been processed. Alternatively, please contact customer service quoting your subscription number and the full name of the subscriber and we will be able to confirm this

You will be reminded with mailings and emails when your account is due for renewal.

15. Is your online payment facility secure?
Yes, LatinFinance subscriptions are processed by Datacash, who use state-of-the-art security tools and techniques to ensure that your online payment is completely secure. 17. How do I apply for a free trial?

Cancellations and Refunds

18. How do I cancel my subscription?
We require all cancellations to be submitted in writing. This can be via email, fax or by post. please contact customer service at the address above. Please provide your name, company name and address and it would be very helpful to us if you tell us why you are cancelling. Your refund will be pro-rata'd depending on the number of issues not despatched.

To unsubscribe please select the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the email that you don't want to receive any more.

23. Why have I stopped receiving the Daily Brief ?
Some newsletters are stopped by company firewalls and spam filters, please check with your IT Department about allowing the newsletter through. If this is not the case, please contact customer service , and we can look into this matter and check when the last newsletter was sent out. We can double check your email address is on the newsletter distribution list.
