People: Doebeli heads Lupatech


Brazilian oil services company Lupatech has hired Ricardo Doebeli as CEO, replacing Alexandre Monteiro, who has left the company. Doebeli joins from private equity firm GG Investimentos. TIM Participações, Brazil’s second largest wireless operator, has named Rodrigo Abreu as its next CEO following the resignation of Andrea Mangoni. Mangoni, who was due to leave in early March, had been in the position since the departure in May 2012 of his predecessor, Luca Luciani, following a scandal over the use of irregular SIM cards at the Italian parent.
