Citigroup is the best investment bank serving Latin America, according to the latest LatinFinance market poll. The world's biggest financial services firm took 52 votes in the poll, ahead of second-placed JP Morgan which won 44 votes. In third place came Goldman Sachs with 27. Brazil's Banco Itaú BBA was the best-placed domestic bank, with seven votes.
We asked the region's largest issuers and institutional investors to rank local and international investment banks covering the region on a range of investment banking services that range from debt capital markets to research and derivative trading.
