JinkoSolar has secured $133m in debt to fund construction of the 100 MW Viborillas solar power plant in Mexico, a source close to the deal said.
The facility comprises a seven-year $106m term loan, a $5m letter of credit with the same tenor and a MXN400m ($22.15m) VAT facility, the source confirmed.
As previously reported by LatinFinance, MUFG and Natixis were coordinating lead arrangers, while the following institutions participated as lenders:
- BBVA- Intesa Sanpaolo- Societe Generale- SMBC
