Petrobras has signed a five-year $4.35bn senior unsecured revolving credit facility (RCF), sources familiar with the transaction confirmed.
Joint bookrunners BNP Paribas, Citi, Credit Agricole and Mizuho initially sought $3bn upon launching last month, but syndication welcomed 17 institutions and enabled the leads to increase the transaction size, loans sources said.
MUFG joined as a senior mandated lead arranger (MLA), while the following banks joined as MLAs:
