Jujuy marked the return of Argentina's provinces in the cross-border bond market on Wednesday, making its dollar-denominated debut with $210m in five-year notes, sources told LatinFinance.The bonds priced at par at par to yield 8.625% after BCP Securities and Santander had opened the pricing in the high 8% to 9% area and brought it down to 8.75% at guidance."It's hefty, but I think they will be happy they got below that 9% bracket," a fixed-income investor said. S&P Global Ratings gave
