YPF has appointed a six-member executive committee to lead the energy company after Ricardo Darre resigned as CEO.
Darre took on the role in July last year after completing a stint at French peer Total.
Of the new six-member committee, Carlos Alfonsi, the executive vice president for downstream will take on operations and transformation, YPF said in a statement. CFO Daniel Gonzalez will join the committee as VP of administration and finance.
