Brazil's Rede D'Or Sao Luiz has raised BRL1.4bn ($444m) from a two-part debenture sale in the local market, according to the capital markets association Anbima.The hospital operating company issued BRL800m in three-year notes and BRL600m in seven-year notes. The bookrunner Itau BBA priced the 2020 debentures at 110% of the DI interbank lending rate and the 2024s at 102% of DI. Bradesco was the agent bank and Pentagono was the trustee. Rede D'Or sold BRL188m in agribusiness receivables
