Eneva has filed initial documentation with Brazil's securities regulator, CVM, for a potential equity offering that could raise more than BRL1bn ($317m) in the local stock market.The Brazilian power utility has mandated six banks - BTG Pactual, Itau BBA, Goldman Sachs, Bradesco, Citi and Santander - to coordinate the follow-on offering, according to a securities filing from Eneva.Eneva's existing shareholders are expected to divulge a number of shares in a combination primary and secondary offer
