Rotoplas has placed MXN2bn ($110m) in sustainable bonds, using proceeds to fund potable water treatment and water reuse solutions. The Mexican water facilities provider got MXN1.4bn in 2027 paper at a fixed-rate of 8.65%, to yield 189bp over Mbono and will repay the notes every six months, according to a debt capital markets source in Mexico City. Rotoplas also got MXN600m in three-year paper at 68bp over the 28-day TIIE rate, paying a first coupon of 8.02%. Orderbooks were 3.7x oversubscr
