Brink’s picks up Argentine cash management firm

Brink’s Company said it agreed to pay $209m in cash for Argentine cash management company Maco Transportadora de Caudades. The New York Stock Exchange-listed payment services provider said the acquisition of its Buenos Aires-based peer would drive profitable growth.
