Argentina's MSU plans to issue $500m in the cross-border bond market in January next year, Manuel Santos Uribelarrea, the chairman and CEO, told LatinFinance.
The company has hired JPMorgan and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) to work on the trade but it is looking for another investment bank to join the syndicate, Santos said. MSU expects to pay no more than a yield of 8% for a five-year note, he added.
