The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) has agreed to buy the soda brand Topo Chico from Arca Continental for $220m. Arca, the second-largest Coke bottler in Latin America, said in a statement that the sale of Topo Chico's brand rights enabled it to expand the presence of the soda brand in the US. S&P Global Ratings said in a report that the transfer of Topo's rights to the US company had no affect on Arca Continental and AC Bebidas' AAA local credit ratings.In February, TCCC and Arca signed
