Paraguay receives three offers for airport PPP

Paraguay's public works and communications ministry MOPC has received three bids for a $150m airport PPP in Asuncion.French airport operator Vinci Airports sided with local construction company Talavera & Ortellado to make one bid, while Spanish developer Sacyr is together with Chile's Agunsa on another.
