Duke Energy said it has agreed to sell its Brazilian business to China Three Gorges Corp for roughly $1.2bn, including debt.The transaction includes 2,090 MW of power generation facilities, with eight hydroelectric plants on the border between the states of Sao Paulo and Parana and two hydroelectric plants on the Sapucai-Mirim River in Sao Paulo.The sale is subject to approval from Brazil's electricity regulator Aneel and antitrust authority CADE, along with Chinese authorities, China Three Gorg
