Transelec tightens price


Chilean power company Transelec sold a 4.25% $375m 2025 bond on Wednesday, tightening the price by nearly 20bp thanks to a book that reached over $2bn. The paper was priced at 98.982 to yield 4.372%. JPMorgan and Scotiabank were global coordinators and bookrunners, with Citi and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ acting as bookrunners.
