Cinepolis advances dual-currency loan


The dollar and peso tranches for Cinepolis’ five-year loan are oversubscribed, LatinFinance understands. Bancomext, HSBC and Santander are heard to have joined the loan for the Mexican movie theater operator, as mandated lead arrangers. BBVA and Citi lead the transaction, which has two tranches of equal tenors, one of up to MXN5bn ($383m) the other up to $100m. Pricing is tied to a leverage grid.
