Millicom International Cellular, the Europe-headquartered telecom with operations across Latin America, has allocated a dual-tranche revolving credit facility, LatinFinance understands. A two-year $200m revolver pays 130bp over Libor tied to a leverage grid, while a $300m, three-year revolver pays 145bp over Libor based on a leverage grid. Bookrunners and global coordinators BNP Paribas, Citi, DNB and Scotiabank came in with $50m apiece — $20m on the two-year and $30m on the three-year. Mandated
