Financiera Independencia raised $200m through the sale of a five-year non-call three bond on Wednesday, lowering the yield on the deal by 25bp from initial price thoughts. The deal for the Mexican lender was heard to yield 7.75%, in from 8% area price thoughts heard on Tuesday. Barclays, BCP Securities and HSBC managed the transaction. The bond, which carries a 7.5% coupon, was said to be four times oversubscribed with investors from the US and Europe chipping in. The B+/BB- rated borrower raise
