Conditions are ripe for small companies and debut borrowers to sell bonds, given that many major LatAm corporates have already tapped the market, TIAA-CREF analyst Karina Bubeck said. But she cautioned that it was impossible to tell how long the conditions would remain. Large, regular borrowers including Petrobras, Pemex and Cemex rushed to the bond market early in the year in anticipation of rising US Treasury yields.
