Emerging market equity funds had their first outflows in seven weeks in the week to May 7, according to research from EPFR quoted by RBS. LatAm funds bucked the trend marginally, recording inflows of $60m, or 0.2% of assets under management, noted Barclays, also quoting EPFR. That compared to outflows of $100m and $40m from EEMEA and Asia funds respectively.
