Brazilian water firm Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais (Copasa MG) has raised BRL250m in a dual-tranche transaction in the local market. A BRL130m five-year bullet pays 108.5% of the DI, while a BRL120m seven-year tranche pays 7.39% over inflation rate IPCA, and amortizes from 2017. The borrower shifted the balance between the two tranches, having originally intended to make the shorter note BRL100m and the longer one, BRL150m.
