Pacific Rubiales increases deal to $1bn


Pacific Rubiales has increased the size of its 4-year revolving credit facility to $1bn from $800m, LatinFinance understands. The transaction has been allocated, with a total of 20 banks, including leads Bank of America-Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan, participating. It is expected to close next week. Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Citi, RBC, Scotiabank, Societe Generale and Sumitomo came in as senior arrangers with $70m allocations.
