Two groups have tendered for the first of Colombia’s COP47tn ($24bn) road construction initiatives, the country’s national infrastructure agency said on Sunday. Mario Alberto Huertas Cotes and Construtora Meco form one consortium, while Controladora de Operaciones de Infraestructura, ALCA Ingenieria, Latinoamericana Construcciones, Carlos Alberto Solarte (CASS) and Estyma form the other.
