BBVA Chile makes cross-border debut with Swiss success

BBVA Chile has raised CHF150m ($170m) through its first international bond sale, the bank said on Thursday. The 3-year note pays a 1.375% coupon. Lead managers Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank priced the note at 120bp over Swiss mid-swaps, BBVA said in a statement. The transaction was led by Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank.
