Brazil’s OSX faces 2-month deadline

Brazilian shipbuilder OSX Brasil has been given 60 days to file its restructuring plan under bankruptcy legislation. A new court ruling last week ratified the appointment of Deloitte to oversee the judicial restructuring of OSX and its subsidiaries, and granted OSX 60 days to file a restructuring plan, the company said in a statement. The Eike Batista shipbuilder filed for the process in November, days after its sister company OGX did so. OSX Brasil and the OSX Construcao Naval and OSX Servicos
