Outflows from emerging market bond funds resumed last week, after tentative inflows the week before, according to data from EPFR cited by Barclays and RBS. Investors pulled $830m from emerging market bond funds in the week to March 19, after putting in $560m the week before. They took $340m from local currency bond funds, equal to 0.4% of total assets, having put money in the previous week for the first time since May 2013. Yet that was less than hard currency funds, which saw $460m of outflows,
