Banco do Brasil Friday funded its $1bn loan, which has a $700m 3-year tranche paying 135bp over Libor and a $300m 4-year tranche paying 150bp over Libor, LatinFinance understands. The term loan, which will be used for general corporate purposes, was led by joint lead arrangers BNP Paribas, Citi, HSBC, JPMorgan, and Standard Chartered.
