Playa Resorts Holding tapped its 8% 2020 NC2016 bond on Friday, adding $75m at a cash price of 105.5, equal to a yield of 6.779%. The startup operator of hotels in Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica will use the capital to renovate a property in Jamaica and general corporate purposes, LatinFinance understands.
