Latin American debt markets closed a week without bond sales on Friday, amid concerns that sluggish job growth in the US could dampen interest for EM. The US released data on Friday showing that 113,000 jobs were created in the country in January, a figure well below expectations and one that could indicate that the country’s economic growth is not picking up speed.
